Overall experience in the legal field: over 20 years. He has spent more than 10 years serving in various divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 4 years as a senior lecturer and associate professor at the Department of Law at Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanova, and nearly 8 years as a senior, leading, and chief researcher, as well as head of the department at the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2023, he has been an analyst at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- In 2003, graduated with honors from the Aktobe Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a specialization in “Law Enforcement Agencies.”
- In 2006, graduated from Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanova with a degree in “Jurisprudence.”
- In 2010, completed the full-time postgraduate program at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defended his thesis titled “The Institute of Compensation for Harm Caused by Illegal Actions of Authorities Leading Criminal Proceedings: Problems of Theory and Practice” in the field 12.00.09: Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science, Judicial Expertise, Operational and Search Activities.
- In 2016, graduated from Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanova with a specialization in “Foreign Philology: German and English.”
- In 2019, he became a recipient of the international educational scholarship “Bolashak” (United Kingdom, London). In May 2022, completed his scientific internship.
- From 2017 to 2022, he was a doctoral candidate at Osh State Law Institute of the Kyrgyz Republic. On January 15, 2024, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law on the topic “Current Problems of Ensuring the Rights and Interests of Participants in Criminal Proceedings in CIS Countries” in the field 12.00.09: Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science, Operational and Search Activities.
