Strategic development of the KRIU

On 31 August 2023, the Academic Council of KRІU was held, where the Strategic Development Plan of KRІU for 2023-2027 was approved, addressing the main indicators of planning KRІU activities, including in the context of departments on the basis of specification and updating of the mission and vision of KRMU (providing the regions of Kazakhstan with competitive staff able to adapt to changing conditions)
On the basis of the updated Strategic Development Plan of KRIU, amendments were made to the Plans of structural units and Development Plans of educational programmes of the university, the goals of each unit were formed, reflecting the main indicators of the units to support the academic policy of the university, strategic development goals and private objectives, the image of the university. Based on the strategic development plan of the KRIU, general plans were developed for the following activities: research work, teaching and methodological work, educational work, staff development, administrative and economic activities, etc.
