Report on the activities of the Psychotraining Training and Production Center

1. Introduction

The training and production center "Psychotraining" was founded in December 2011 in order to provide high-quality education for students in the specialty 6B03111 "Psychology". The main objective of the center is to create conditions for the development of practical skills among students, future psychologists, and the introduction of psychological knowledge into the real practice of life and work.

2. Goals and objectives of the Center's work

The purpose of the training and production center is to provide students with the opportunity to study mental phenomena in depth, as well as to teach them how to analyze their formation and development. The center also focuses on studying the physiological mechanisms of mental phenomena and promotes the implementation of acquired knowledge in practical activities.

The tasks solved by the training and production center include:

• Providing students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of psychology.
• Development of practical skills in conducting trainings, working with psychological programs and participating in trainings.
• Conducting intermediate tests, as well as additional classes for students.

3. Technical equipment

The training and production center is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a high-quality educational process. In stock:

• Computers with developed tests and practical tasks in psychology.
• A desk for the teacher, a sofa and armchairs for the convenience of students.
• A projector and computer mice for effective classes.
• A wired LAN has been installed, as well as equipment for connecting to the Internet.

4. Activities of the training and production center

The center is actively used for conducting classes for students in the 6B03111 "Psychology" program from the 1st to the 4th courses. Here, students not only study the theory of psychology, but also master practical skills, including working with computer programs to perform psychological tasks.

The training and production center conducts:

• Intermediate testing of students.
• Additional classes in the Psychology program.
• Competitions, trainings and presentations aimed at developing practical skills.
• The Young Psychologist Club, where students can develop their leadership and communication skills.

5. Additional activities and projects

As part of the career guidance work of the educational institution, guided tours of the office and meetings with applicants were organized. These events are aimed at attracting the attention of applicants to the specialty "Psychology" and familiarizing them with the opportunities provided by the training and production center.

In addition, consultations were held for teachers on writing scientific articles and conducting scientific research.

The Psychotraining Training and Production Center has played a significant role in ensuring high-quality education in the specialty of Psychology. With its help, students not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also develop practical skills that will help them in their future professional activities.
